As Joe Slavec, Fishery Committee Chair, announced at the Spring Annual Membership Meeting, an anonymous donor donated money to run a fishing tournament on Lake Sarah to benefit the Fishery Fund stocking program. All proceeds from your entry fee goes to improve our fishery. The goal of the tournament is to highlight this important resource, the diversity of fish, & promote fishing amongst our kids.
There will be an official Start at the mid-lake channel, and end with awards, hot dogs, and kids raffle.
11:30 a.m., June 6 - Meet at the mid-lake channel for score cards, and important announcements.
Noon to Noon, June 6-7 - 24 hour tournament. Allows you to start and stop fishing to meet your needs during that time.
Noon, June 7 - Measurement and Scoring at Joe Slavec’s, Hot Dogs, Awards, & Junior Raffle
